Kind of a long shot...but it's not very descriptive. Could text the guy and do a bit of digging.

stolen
That really sucks. Hate to say it, but chances are that things being stripped and sold piece by piece. I'll keep my eyes open around A2 for ya, but I doubt it made it this far. Good Luck!

The worst part is that the title was in the car when stolen from the garage. It just got the plates and 2 days later we never took it out. As for insurance, there is NONe. The car has sat for 2 years and now all of a sudden after it runs, it gets stolen?

^^ Agreed. Someone's been watching you. This is why it can really suck to work on a lot of stuff and make a lot of noise in your neighborhood. Being well known for being an f-body guy is cool, but it can help you end up like this.
I'm surprised Jason Short hasn't had a problem with thieves (that I know of). With as much iron as he moves around, he's gotta be getting some attention around his 'hood.

If you really truly wanted to find the car, the first thing you should have done was list all the parts that were on the car, starting at wheels, sizes, tires, sizes, condition, ect for all the parts that would have made the car "different" from every other stock car out there. That way if anyone here runs across somebody selling a part that might match your description you would have a lead. Also the VIN of the car and any other detailed info on the car.
Nobody who steals a car is going to try to sell it whole, or even drive it around. Its gonna be in a garage somewhere getting taken apart and the parts are going to be sold somewhere and somehow. So a parts list and details will go a long way here.
Something just doesnt make sense here, if it was my car i would have posted on local forums and not a nationally ltx forum on tech only. A post in the "midwest" forum would be better and on chitownracing, which you post on daily would have been the best bet to get the word out. Since this thread was posted here, you have posted at least 5 for sale threads on chitown but not one about your brothers car being stolen? seems weird to me. I would put selling parts on hold to do anything possible to find the car and get the word out.
To me it seems like you just want people to know your car is stolen, and not actually find it. Maybe this is not the case, but then respond to people asking about the parts on the car, they are trying to help.
Get that parts list and ill keep an eye out as i am always buying and selling stuff here, chitown, mfba, craigslist, and ebay so if something is "different" it will catch my eye.
