thing is you have a thread named cam **** and that would make people suspect a crazy nice or unique set up... this isn't....its a typical setup.. cast cam, looks like patriot spring ??, and a 1.6 rocker....

Hoosiers @12psi, good burnout, QA1's at +5 (don't have my front QA1's on right now, gotta get 'em rebuilt, running the stock shocks, which I think are blown now, frontend is bouncy)
For the launch I bring up the rpm's to about a grand, then floor it and let the converter do the work, good prep at the track helps, Atco was hooking really good that night.
I think that's everything :biggthump Eventually she'll get a bigger cam and a 3600 stall, and maybe one day a standalone so I can actually tune it.

To the OP, only you can tell us the cam, unless one of us sold you the cam, its obviously used. Posting up 3 pics with no words and expecting someone to know exactly what i cam it is, is pretty stupid.
BTW...hope you got a cam card with it

Ok, the suspense is killing me- just spill the beans on the cam... is it a used 306 or not? And you said "cam only for now..." Do you plan to go through the bottom end and add some ARP hardware so you can safely spin that cam to where it makes power?
Not trying to be a dick, btw. Just thought we were seeing another dinosaur cam build. Perhaps not- spill the goods on the cam and we can get on with the technical discussion. Best of luck with it.

heres my 1980 truck... its apart right now getting a 6point cage, which is installed now.... also changed to a stepside bed, its apart in the body shop for a paint job at the moment..
