Default Carb Vrs Efi

I Have A 92 Vette.it Has 110k. And Smokes Alittle.iwas Going To Rebuild.but I Want To Put A Cam That Will Shake My Car At A Stop Like The Old 70's.can I With Efi Or Would I Better Putting A New 350 With A Carb Setup.which Would Be Less Costly? Thanks Kevin

fuel system has no affect on idle quality. Keep the stock fuell system, throw in a camshaft with a narrow LSA and you will be happy.

Thanks For The Reply.it's Not The Fuel Part But The Electronics.by Putting In A Semi Radical Cam To Get The Lump I Want.how Much Will I Have To Modifiy The Electrical And Will The Computer System Work.where As With The Carb There's No Electronics To Worry About.thank You

you wont have to worry about any electronics...just install the cam and go, no need to change electronics of any kind, the computer will learn and adjust itself for the most part.

Stick with EFI and get a CC306. Its a real common cam and these guys have some real great chips they can tune for them.
