False. He actually complimented the previous port-work noting their symmetry and stating not much was done and that it wouldn't affect the final outcome of the heads. This was discussed in detail in a couple of my old threads if you wish to investigate instead of throwing this thread off topic.

If you do poke into a rocker stud hole, that's okay. Just make sure you put some thread sealant on that particular stud when it goes back in.

Not entirely true. I just looked at a set of stock casting heads and there are no punch-throughs in the runners. It is more common to see the rocker stud hole on ported heads than stock ones. I'm not saying it isn't at all possible that perhaps some of the tooling done during the factory milling process didn't punch through, but it is uncommon.
