Default more problems after header install (p0131)

okay so i am getting solomon to tune my car but working out the bugs before i load his tune. i used ecmscan pro to pull the codes since i don't have a scan tool. P0131 oxygen sensor circuit low voltage (bank 1 sensor 1).

this means that the o2 sensor on driver side in the header is reading a low voltage. now i am wondering if i should just replace the sensors, or if i should really check the wiring. i feel like the wiring is good. i had some close calls with passenger side wiring close to the header but it didn't burn and i fixed it so it looks nicer. ripped the old heat sleeve off (was bulky) rewrapped in some flat reflective heat tape and took some cable ties and an adhesive backed mount and tucked it up against the shock tower.

anyway, is it generally just the o2 failed or is it more likely the wiring?

i have no problem getting new ones so i'm going to go ahead and replace them tonight hopefully. also should i get antiseize or it doesn't matter?

thanks guys working the bugs out of her almost finished i hope!

I've had the o2 fail a couple times. I dont know why they tend to screw up but mine did. I replaced the o2, checked the voltage again and everything back to normal

Yeah forgot to repost the other day. I pulled the driver side O2 sensor and it was soot black on the guard around the sensor itself. Replaced it and runs like a top. Getting an LT4 KM then I gotta dent the Y pipe since it's hitting the frame. Solomon is tuning it and doing a great job. My MPG is going up and the car runs more advance than stock so plenty of extra power.
