Good show, son. Especially going from 94mph to 97mph in the 1/8th. We need to put my engine in your car so you can run some real times.
I wish you all the best getting into the 10's.

You definately need more gear or try a set of 26" tires with a 15x10" rim on a good track and you will run 10's. Once you get the car to run 1.4 60's it will go 10's so work on your short times now, do you have an airbag or antiroll? Later

The car has a few issues that I could address, but honestly, that particular pass was the only pass where it went left. Maybe there was a few drops of water from my front tires, who knows. The car normally goes pretty straight.

I replaced the right front tire the day before and noticed that the caliper is sticking real bad. I had this issue with the driver-side so I replaced the caliper. Time for some drag brakes now, i'm not buying a stock caliper just to change the whole setup a month from now. Winter project for me.

I bought a new electric fan but just didn't have time to put it in. I found the "sweet spot" on the temp gauge where the car likes to be run at. It's pretty finicky if it gets hotter than that. Hopefully the new fan along with a manual switch will allow me to keep it there.

This is pretty much the first time in a few years where i've had my car over 100mph, lol. Um....it needs the front tires balanced and aligned, lol. I thought the car was going to come apart 3/4's of the way down the track. It was vibrating soooooo bad. Another winter project for me.

When you get the front end aligned, have them aligned the rear as well. Just to make sure your not, "dog trackin" down the track...

I wish it was September still so I'd have time to make a few changes, oh well. There's a small chance I may make it up to the track again on Sunday. I'm only going to go if the air is going to be better though. I will swap out fan units on saturday if I commit myself to race.

Sweet run. I'm hoping for 11.30s if I can hit the track on the 27th. I need to spend some money up front and get a taller tire to cut a good 60.
