f..k yeah that's a cool swap.People might flame you if you put an lt1 in a 98 or up f body,but a 240 that's pretty damn cool.If I lived in that area I'd race you .I might not win but it would be fun!haha.Have fun with your new project,it's lookin good.

its funny you say that. a fiew years a go we did put an lt1 in one of those cars. but it was a v6. ended up running in the high 12's with a bone stock lt1 and a tune.

thats not a bad idea, but i already orderd the 2.5" vband clamps, the flanges are geting cut off anyway tho, were extending the down pipe part further under the car to get past the stereing b4 we put the v bands on

Put them on after the 20" x 3" extension. I would also try and throw an X pipe into the exhaust equation.

i just noticed im going to have to totally hack the collector on these headers:

but at least the wiring harness fits nicely, ill probably rout this a few times before i like the distance from the headers and get it looking nice:

yeah, i don't get it other people seem to just throw these things in with a little tweeking i don't know why i have all these problems with there fitment.
