when should u fill a block? my car is a daily driver. when i eventually get it where i want it, it will put out 750-800rwhp on nitrous. my question is when should i think about having the block filled? i already have a forged bottom end so im not too worried about the rotating assembly breaking. mainly the block.

My point is you have a fully assembled running engine. To fill the block now you are looking at halfway starting over. I mention that because "you already have a forged rotating assembly" so it sounds like you want to modify your current setup rather than start over.
I'd do it when the motor becomes more of a strip than street motor, regardless of power level. You can NEVER have too strong of a block, EVER. I think my machinist did it for 150 bucks, which is nothing. Let the stuff cure for 2 weeks before you start machining it.
