Default Why is car running rich?

My car is killing me! At idle cell 16, my left side BLM shows 129 and my right side shows 140 BLM. Its causing my car to smell rich and burns my eyes a little. I made sure there were no exhaust leaks and vacuum leaks. What else can cause one side of the engine to run rich??

No codes are being thrown, I will try to rotate the o2 sensors tomorrow and see if the rich condition follows it. Is it possible for a tune to only make one side of a motor rich while leaving the other side perfect? I do notice I have a hesitation at lower speeds but it seems to run strong after 2k rpms

Well swapped over sensor and right side is still showing lean at ~140 BLM. Checked for exhaust leaks and vacuum leaks again and found nothing. I'm stumped now

Hmm good idea, would they be not opening or sticking for it to run lean? How would I go about testing them?
