Has anyone tried the AI 212cc 21* ported TFS heads yet? Or anyone have opinion on these vs the AI 215cc 23* TFS or vs other aftermarket ported castings (standard valvetrain)?

They are currently on their online store now, I'm tempted to sell my EB Ported stock castings towards a set of these next year. Might be overkill for my current cam, but might be a decent head to have for a street/strip/RR 396?

I'm actually trying to find someone who makes a CNC'd version of them, I've looked at AI, LE, and TEA but they don't have anything listed.

I thought AI had a CNC version. Have you called them?

That's what I've heard too, I've called them enough to make the wireless towers start melting, lol. I've also heard of LE having a 208cc version as well. I'm going to give TEA another call tomorrow and see what they've got going on.

ported lt1 intake, 52mm tb, ram air setup, some long tubes into a H pipe with some single chambers.

I think the compression is 11:1 but i forget its been a long rebuild.

Going into a t56 and a stock rear end

oh and a real tune, no mail orders for me.

yeah, idk why the compression seems low, the guy who helped me get the block machined and get parts ect. I think is more used to SBC. I swear the first time i asked about the compression it was going to be 12:1 then when i double checked it was 11:1 so i just need to check what CC the pistons are i have and figure it all out.

From what i remeber i had the block zero decked and i have the GMP headgaskets i think they are .028 or .029

Well after almost a year of looking at a set of these heads as I walked thru my foyer five times everyday, I hope to start my swap next week. A dyno tune will follow. Once lined out, a little N20 wet plate kit will find its way on before I have to blow out its first birthday candle
