Easy...GM Gears. Best quality overall gear avail. Be sure to install properly with a quality seal/bearing kit as well.

Ran GM 3.73's in my A4 Z28. Zero whine/noise
Currently running GM 4.10's in my M6 bird...same story

+1 GM is the only way to go. I ran Motives at one point and they whined and howled like SOB! Install went good too along with a nice bearing kit.

Buy them from a reputable vendor...Jaws Gear like mentioned. Unless you have a local shop that can get you the gears.

Are those GM 4.11 strong? Just daily driving no drag radial or slicks just street tires?

ANY brand gear will fit your car so long as you order the correct part.

I had Richmond gears-for about three weeks. They howled like crazy. My research afterwards (!) taught me that most aftermarket gears whine due to how they're cut. They are stronger, tho. GM gears are the quietest. JAWS has them, and they have the best pricing. GM gears are made by AAM (American Axel & Manufacturing) and will likely come in a AAM box. Same stuff.

I got AAM gears and they're nice and quiet.

GM gears cannot be had in a "thick" version so depending on your original ratio and diff unit, going to a 3.73 ratio may also require you to get a new diff.

While no properly installed gear should make excessive noise, GM has the best reputation for being consistently the quietest.

WRONG. Even properly installed gears can make noise. Call up Jaws and they will tell you that Motives tend to be hit or miss with the noise factor.

Yes and no.... They shouldnt be so loud that you cant drown the sound out with the radio... but the motives have always been known to be a little noisy! I have a set and they make a slight whine on decel.

Yeah no **** man. How was Money1's post out of line at all? It's true, just about any gear, if set up properly, should make little to no noise. Some brands are known to have a slight wine, but there should never be any loud noise of any kind.
