lol like i said it must be that my track/area is dead for the LT1 Firebirds because Im the only one there almost everytime im there. But last time raced 3 LS1's and beat them all to the finish line. Even though 1 had a better ET

Nice runs man! Wish I could have been there. My buddy said she sounds mean and definitely has alot more left in it.

How'd it do @ fontucky? Hope you went Saturday and not Sunday. I herd Sunday was battle of the imports and they had a **** ton of oil downs.

Maybe next time you go ill be there with my car.

nice first outing......keep workin on it and u'll get it there......that car/motor has alot of potential.........send me a pm if ya need some suggestions.....i already did all this stuff lol.....my first pass out on my 385 was 11.0 @ 127 and 6.88 @ 101 in the 1/8th.....and with the same motor u see where i am now.......stick with it and again great job!!!!

ill tell ya the more i watch that video the more im getting excited about a th350 with a trans brake lol.......what were u comming out at on the two step sounded like 4000 or so?

the 1.45 was leaving at 3500, according to my datalogs its flashing right to 56-5700. A/F there is only 10.3 indicated (.70 lambda), so I know there's some easy 60' right there. I got a hole punctured in one of my ET Streets on saturday at the track, so time to either put a 28x10.5 stiffwall or 29.5x10 radial on it. I'm basically bouncing the rim on the ground those ET Streets are flexing so much. Tried going from 11 to 12.5psi and it dropped from a 1.49 to a 1.61 on a 4000 rpm leave. The track i ran on saturday is 6' uphill, had a 7-8 mph headwind, and air temps were about 15 degrees warmer than thursday, plus it's up at ~2000' elevation. Still ran 7.01 at 96.8, and ran it out for a 12.3 at 64 mph on the brakes. Poor Talon in the other lane ran a 12.6 at 112 Here's the 1.49...

There were a ton of oil downs on saturday too... Like the honda 6 cars in front of me that blew up doing his burnout and proceeded to drag oil all the way to the start line

Getting my drag bar welded up on friday, then should have my new tires on too. Already got myself down for a sick day on the 16th so irwindale is a go

29.5 M/T radials... They measure out to 29.3, but don't grow. Should only require minimal trimming of the bumper. Gonna order em up on friday, and should be on the car ready to race on the morning of the 16th for irwindale

I'm guessing it has .3 to .4 more 1/8 mile ET in it, as well as 3-4 mph.
