Default TCC not locking

I posted this in the Auto Trans section, but no replies yet. I'm looking for suggestions on why my Torque converter is not locking up. Click the link below for more details if you would like to help.

Is there a way to detect misfires in datamaster? It seems like the LS1 guys using HPTuners and EFILive seem to have a way to detect misfires through their datalogging programs.

double check the brake switch and make sure it is engaging right. i know i had an issue with mine also. oh and is ur a/c and cruise control removed? if so make sure u pull the fuse for the a/c and cruise mine was backfeeding power through that fuse and for some reason not locking my converter and leaving my brake lights on. it took us a full year to figure it out
