Default LE2 Vs LE1

Well looking into my 355 build and went on Llyods website and I was seeing there is only 10 Hp difference in the LE1 vs LE2 then again a 10 HP gain in the LE3's. Is the 300 dollar price jump just better parts being used because 10 HP for 300 bucks doesn't seem like much of a gain to me

Just curious

Keep in mind its 10 real HP. Not like a pulley that claims 10000hp increase and really gives you 2hp. Plus Lloyd under estimates his set ups. I think he told me I would end up with 380-390rwhp with a 10bolt and I ended up making 415rwhp with a Dana S60 rear end

If you do a search on either here or cz28, you will find tons of information on the LE1 and LE2 set-ups. Both are very good set-ups that will make good power. Then, if it's not enough, spray it
The LE1 set-up will not have to rev as high as the LE2 though.

Depends on the cam. There's a few "le1" cams and a few "le2" cams. they can all vary on peak and powerband shape.

This goal can easily be achieved with LE1 heads and a 150 shot, but as everyone else said get the LE2 heads or you will regret it later. I'm upgrading from LE1 to LE2 heads as soon as I get the money.

What size shot were you planning to spray? Let Lloyd know about spraying it so that he can set you up with a more nitrous friendly cam.

but will a nitrous friendly cam hurt the DD aspect of it though?
and want it to run good with no Spray too and don't want to gear it for only Nitrous

Also, before you buy any check the classifieds. There is a guy in there that gets heads from LE and sometimes (like now) he has them cheaper. These are sold but keep an eye on his threads
