If it's in good shape, and all original, that doesn't seem like a bad price, imo. It might even be a pretty good price.

Price doesn't seem bad, if you have you heart set on a clean LT1 SS then you'll pay it to have it. Just have to find that person, every thing is only worth what some ones willing to pay for it.

Well put and you are correct this SS is worth every penny. If it were red it would be in my garage collecting dust next to my firehawk. I've seen this SS in person and it looks like it just was sold on 1997. This ss will sell for the 12.5 not a penny less.

Clean car. I'd consider buying it if it was a manual and optioned the way I wanted.

I'm going to have to agree on the price, its not far from being priced right in the spring time. If the car were 10/11,000 I think it would be gone already, but 12,500 is certainly pushing up against max dollars. I will agree the car is pretty rare just based on the fact you don't find LT1/SS cars in this shape and condition

If I was looking and it was spring I would probably pay that much, because I love the LT1 SS/WS6 cars

I concur. If it were a six speed, and I wasn't building a house, I would be seriously interested at that price.

I say thats a damn good price. LT1 SS cars are rare, and in that condition are VERY rare. For $12k that's a sweet, sweet car. I thought my 50k LT1 SS was clean, right up until I saw this beauty. Damn I want that car!
