If i understand good, you allready has the header installed so you are nos using the egr. no it wont run like crap. just leave the egr valve installed. I dont think you are running with the egr valve and tube removed and just 2 empty holes behind the intake manifold, if so it will run bad, those has to be covered.

you can do what I did....the tube going from the manifold to the intake is removed, then disconnect the vacuum line to the EGR valve itself and the EGR solenoid. Once you've done that the Valve stays closed and you will not have any issues. The solenoid applies vacuum to the valve allowing exhaust gases to travel from the manifold, through the pipe into the intake with the valve open. Therefore with the vacuum disconnected you don't have to worry about the valve opening and causing un-metered air into the intake. I know it's lazy, but I didn't feel like trying to squeeze my big hands back there without pulling the manifold, so I did it that way. Car runs fine just the way it is....

I took the set of lines #2 and then capped the port #7. Since mine is a 93 and the ECM does not monitor the actual EGR function, I just left the solenoid plugged into the harness and it does not give me the check engine light either....I would like to think your 95 will work the same, but I may be mistaken....

and tube #15 can be removed entirely without consequence
