Default Do I stand a chance?

Sorry, I posted here because "Bench racing" doesnt get much attention...

Do i stand a chance against a stock Charger SRT8, or a Mach 1 with O/R X pipe?

The SRT8 will eat you but the Mach 1 might have some trouble.

Like the other guys said, you should be able to take the mach 1 if you get a good jump on him but the srt8 is a little too much for you. I own a 06 RT and a 00 TA and i can beat a LT1 in either car.check out some of my youtube videos. Type in "moorhead racing or bernarlitt". But good luck with the racing!!!

The 2 minutes of research i did found that the stock SRT8 runs about 13.2-13.3 1/4 mile.

I would think you'd have a harder time with the Mach 1. I beat an SRT-8 in the 1/8th mile with a 200hp Full weight stock Mustang.

Either way, I drove a bone stock LT1 M6 and wasn't really impressed, but your car has 4.10s so you may have a chance.

you'll be close on the mach the srt8 will prob be pretty close with bolt ons like u have.........my buddy has a LT, catback LT1.....i raced a stock charger in my bolt on LS2 GTO and pulled him bad....like 5 cars from 30-140.....then i raced my buddy with the LT and i was about the same exact thing......I race my buddy with a stock mach 1 and absolutly destroyed him....we did one race....i gave him 4 car's and told him I'd take off when i saw him take off.......i passed him at around 110 like he was standing still.......the mach you'll beat the srt again will be a good race IMO......

SRT 8s run low 13s stock.
A guy I know ran one down with a baby cam and 2.5 60 time and the SRT8 ran like a 13.4 or 13.5

Every car runs different so its hard to say. Ill can tell you my 96 WS6 with a catback and old nitto DR went 13.3@103 so ya its possible for you to beat both cars IMO.

Haha yes I would hope he was coming at me with twice the HP but it was a fun day that day. Just tree him and nail the shifts.

My thoughts as well. A race between a mid 13 second car and a low 13 second car on the street would be a good race. A lot of variables to consider...
