Default Obd2 crank sensor location

Can anyone tell me how many degrees off-center the crank sensor on an obd2 lt1 front cover, or vortec truck from cover are?

I need a front cover with a crank sensor to do the ls1 PCM swap. With that said, I'm a man with lots of time/resources, and very little money to play with. So $100+ for a factory obd2 cover is a lite much

If I can get a definitive answer on the angular location of the crank sensor, with a plentiful supply over obd1 covers laying around (they're ll obsolete these days) I'm going to convert an obd1 cover over, and machine a spot for the crank sensor to sit. I have the material I need to weld in, and the machinery to do the mill work. I just don't have an obd2 cover to reference from.

Well, that would work great, except I need the water pump hole. As I'm running the stock mechanical pump (the motor is in a '94 silverado)

Point is you can try to search the car forums for a used one for less than $100...
