90 bones for a hooker direct replacement muffler from jegs or summit. That's the way I went, because I'm going true duals this spring. I love the way the hooker sounds, especially since I deleted the cat at the same time. Has a nice rumble that isn't too loud until after 2-2200rpms, then it gets loud, at 5500rpms its really loud. The only thing that I don't like is about 27-3000rpms it has an annoying rattle, but its from the y pipe configuration and no cat, not the muffler. My sisters boy toy has a 95 formula too, and his flowmaster with the cat deleted sounds like *** imo.

I would definatly reccomend the hooker, otherwise for true duals classic chambered powersticks.

Do you have headers? Thats the first thing you should do.

After that, who knows.

GMMG is a favorite but it costs big money.
Flowmaster is not a favorite, it costs little money.

See a trend here?

I have race version long tubes, no cats, and a flowmaster and I like the sound, others hate it.

cut outs are cheap, check summit or jegs for prices. they can be had in stainless for around $45. And cost maybe 30 to weld in. Or you can bolt it in yourself

His ***. Most ppl put it on the I-pipe before it goes over the axel. I'd buy a turn down that you can bolt to the cut-out, this way the exhaust gas and sound are directed towards the ground. It kinda of helps keep the interior noise down alittle, not much but it helps.

I will always be a fan of the flowmaster sound. I don't really care all that much about flow and how much power a muffler gives me because that's what the cutout is for. For just pure sound I like classic flowmasters personally. Let the bashing begin.
