well you said that the car ran fine for a few min, THEN started to run bad. which would lead me to assume that the rich condition eventually fouled out the plug. rather than it not firing at all or else the car would've ran like it was down a cylinder the whole time.

the ICM and coil are prone to heatsoak isssues and like any bad electronic it would be worse when exposed to high temps rather than a cold start. the only reason I wouldn't suspect those is because a bad ICM or coil would be more likely to cause an overall rich condition rather than a cylinder specific one.

well it fires on all 8 for sure.. icm tested ok.. coil is good to go.. I think its either the wires or a massive vacum leak.. I put a gauge on the nipple where the opti connects to on the intake manifold and it only reads 5 or so inch.. the needle bounces like crazy too I think i may have not gotten the rtv on the edges as well as i should have.. Does this sound like it could be causing me issues?

Well looks like i found my fouling issue and my backfire issue.. I pulled the intake and found oil on the tops of the valves.. Here are My intake gaskets.. they looked pretty fucked.. Im pulling the heads tomorrow and taking them to the machine shop to get em checked and milled..
