Default LT1 Novi 2000 supercharged

K everyone i just picked up a paxton novi 2000 supercharger dirt cheap. This has almost no miles on it. Guy claims it was off a 32 valve ford something. im bound and determined to make this thing work for a budget built boosted lt1. The research ive read on this head unit puts it at the same flow 1400cfm as the d1sc. But when researched just a couple of years ago the paxton was rated at 1700cfm. Ive seen lots of blue ovals make some serious power with this head unit and is rated up to 950hp supporting. I got alot of useful parts for the build that can be used now im just to the point of decompressing my engine, changing my cam to a custom blower/turbo grind and building brackets for it. Has anyone on here seen or know anyone that has used this supercharger before? Any pointers on setting one up?

Check the rotation.... most 32V Ford applications have the air inlet facing the front of the car, making them rotate the opposite direction that it needs to when installed on an LT1, facing the oppposite way.

So far it seems that the rotation will work. A guy over on the z28 forum sucessfully mounted one from a 32v on his lt1 the only down fall is the intake of the head unit was facing backwards. If i cant make it work i will more than likely end up with a procharger.

we had one on a 95 imp ss. I wasnt impressed with it tho
