Default help with 94 Z28 camaro

Ok I'm not sure why but when I'm cruising down the road, as soon as I hit around 25 it drops a gear and won't shift again until I let off the gas, and it jerks really bad. And on the highway goin about 55 it won't shift into 4th gear?????
Really needin some help with this one I'm not sure what is causing it and it is an A4. Stock, just had new engine put in, all new fluids.
Any help would be appreciated

IIRC, I paid around 25 bucks for a new TPS from oreilly's. You can test it with an ohm meter. I think Shbox's website has instructions on how to do so.
