They don't make them anymore. GM supposedly destroyed the entire widebody kit design after making those 4th gen special cars.
A set of actual GM one would go for big bucks, everyone loves them. They look amazing.
I think 6Litereater was working on an aftermarket set at one point, but not sure what became of that.

Depends how much time/money/skill (yours or somebody else's) you have at your disposal. It's definitely possible but of course you will need some pretty major body work done. I'd recommend talking with McNord@6LE about it.
