1996 WS6 Smells Like gas inside and outside of car. When I'm driving it starts to smell like a lot of gas fumes inside the car. When I get out of the car and look around I dont see any leaks anywhere? When I open the hatch the gas smell is real strong. Where could it be coming from anyone else have this problem?

A common place for fuel smell is the EVAP system. Look under the car at the bundle of fuel lines toward the rear of the car near the charcoal canister (located behind the driver side wheel well). Any lines that are cracked, broken, or disconnected will leak fuel vapor in small amounts.
Also check the EVAP lines in the engine bay, along with the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.

Check out my old thread. Yours could be doing the same thing because I could smell gas in the hatch area. But I would do what Ramair said first before tearing into the fuel pump area.
