All cars are different so your going to have mixed input. I put the drivers side in from the bottom and the passenger side from the top with unbolting the motor mount and jacking it up and slid right in. You will have to remove the alt, starter, and steering knuckle to get them in. Its also easier to unbolt the power steering pump to gain better access to the front header bolts. Use Felpro 1074s header gaskets and Arp header bolts and you will be set. Not sure if those headers come with band clamps or not but they would also be needed for a better seal matting the y to the headers and better clearance.

i have seen some go in easy and othere be a pita. Clearance will be the biggest issue, you might have to pull the driver side out a few times to make them fit better. I also like to unbolt the passanger side motor mount and jack that side up a little bit fr easier installation.

yes this is why the motor needs jacked up so it will slid down into place.

i got both of mine in from the bottom but i had my front end jacked way up like 3 ft or so, then just point them upwards and kind of hook them in.

Hi,
i agree with transporter. Install from bottom w/front raised to allow access from top/bottom. Recruit a friend to help hold everything in place. Do a loose fit until all bolts are installed then tighten to specs. The passenger side rear is the most difficult but can be overcome with a little twisting of the hand
as you work from the top. Driver side may have clearance issue with steering knuckle if so, a little love tap with a dead blow hammer and dolly. Double check your bolts for torque specs. Install exhaust check for rattles and rubbing issues. Rear o2 simulators???????????have a blessed day....

Both sides went easiest from the bottom for me but, I had a lift to do it on. Put them in with the spark plugs out and watch out for the coolant temp sensor so you don't break anything.
