The tranny is still attached to the car, and so is the tranny mount right? So just put a jackstand under the front of the motor someplace and drop the k-member, put the new one in and remove the jackstand. It's easy.
Another option is a cherry picker connected to a chain going into the front of the driver side head and back of the passenger head. Of course, then you have the cherry picker in the way.
