Need to check actual size of my front tires, but
Front tires must have a minimum tread width of 4.5 inches.
...Will this eliminate front "skinnies"? I am running a street tire, Arizonian I think, but cannot for the life of me remember the size.

Also, regarding the N20 issue, what all is going to be REQUIRED to be removed to pass tech??

Right, but will it be actual TREAD width or section width being measured?? Again, it may not matter, as the tread width very well may be 4.5"+. I honestly never have measured this, lol. Like I say, I cannot remember the size of those bastards, haha. I wanna say 165/60/R15 or something like that, but I could be wrong. I lack attention to details, haha.

I guess the 4.5" rule was implemented to allow front skinnies with a street tire. ???

You will be fine. The 4.5" rule keeps dragster front tires, etc. out. (Would be a little dangerous on a 3200+ lb car).

Also, regarding the N20 issue, what all is going to be REQUIRED to be removed to pass tech??
Just enough to remove all doubt...

Sounds good, thanks man! See you all there

Will the fuel solenoid be allowed to remain, as long as N20 solenoid is removed. I don't know if it would happen, but I don't want fuel to leak from the schrader valve.

Excellent. I hope we get a full 16 car field!

My feeling is that it should be gone. AN line plugs are pretty cheap. If the solenoid was allowed to stay, you would still need to plug the port to be safe. I am not a nitrous guy, so I want to make sure that we don't have a bunch of "leakers" running around. PM me if you want to debate more about this.

No debate necessary, You guys set the rules, and I will be in compliance. Like you said, line plugs are cheap, I'm just lazy and the less I have to remove and re-install...the better lol

Yeah, this was the case for me and Taner as well. The last two passes I made that day were pretty scary approaching 1000 ft and beyond.

just to clarify.... "direct replacement aftermarket A-arms permitted" that means tubular a-arms are allowed with a tubular k-member?

They are fine. There was a lot of debate about this. I am not a big fan, but it was allowed because it is such a common mod. I don't like the notion that everyone will feel they need this stuff to compete. They don't. I still have all the stock stuff up front in Gump. I can get down to less than 3000 lbs race weight. The car also sixties in the low 1.3's.

I can't afford a bolt-in, purpose built rear and will be using a home fabbed one....so going with the mini-ladder rear suspension is the only way to go.
Any ruling on this?

If they look something like the ones on this page you are OK.

http://www.smithperformance.com/catalogue_fbstock.html

You must have stock or aftermarket lower control arms bolted in the stock location.
