The AIR pump does not have any lines that interact with the throttle body. A line from the pump goes to each exhaust manifold, and the other line comes from the intake ducting, but nothing attaches to the TB.

Which big plastic tube are you talking about? There is a 5/8" fitting on the CAI that feeds a hose to the AIR pump, as mentioned above.

the big tube after the maf that dips down and then the filter goes on. and i no longer have an air pump so can i just leave it open or should i block it off. also its hard to describe with no pic but the line fitting that comes out off the throttle body on the left hand side of the car what goes there?its the one one under the throttle in the pic

The bottom lines is a coolant line for the throttle body. If you've done the TB bypass you can leave it open (or preferably cap them off).

For the AIR pump you should cap everything off, both the exhaust manifolds and the port on the intake.

Also, the two ports on the passenger side of the throttle body, one is for the fresh air supply hose for the PCV and the other is the discharge for the EVAP purge solenoid.

The passenger side comes from the steam tube from the back of the heads while the other line goes to the fitting directly under the radiator cap.
