Lt1 cam swap!!!!!!!

Hey i need help. Can anyone tell me whats the proper procedure on timing the valvetrain on my lt1........ Cam specs are 218/228, Lift .492/.492 w/ 1.6RR's thank for your help....

Sure sounds like the hot cam specs. 492 lift is with 1.5 rockers and 525 using 1.6 rockers...... anyway click link and scroll down a ways. Its easy.
