LT Frustrations

LT Frustrations okay i cant really figure out what it is so let me give you the run down
my car while driving the freeway would kinda stutter id watch my rpm's drop and id be at a steady spot on the pedal so finally it would shut off id pull over and start it up same thing
now i had the fuel pump changed a couple months back jus changed the fuel filter again my opti was changed about 16 months ago just changed my coil all my wires and plugs are less then 5 weeks old i dont get it
also ill drive the car and let it sit about a hour or so and try to start it and it would just spin feels like its not igniting
can any1 help me give any possible solutions im willing to try things
aslo its a 95z28 do i need to list all the mods to help???

Could be a 02 sensor going bad...try unplugging the 02 harness and drive, see if the problem "Went away" if so, replace your o2s and plug the harness back in. Had the same issue
