Borla. Hands down. With an e-cut out instead of the adjustable plates.

That's what my dad has on his camaro and I on my trans am. When I bought the car it had flowmaster super 44s but I heard that borla on my dads car so I had to have that plus I heard its better for performance for like an everyday drive idk if that's true or not

i have a formula and have borla. i thought the tips looked gaudy so i run a plate over the cut out, and a down pipe in the stock location of a V6's car. it makes it look like a regular firebird until i fire it up.

i like to make quick car look slow, and slow cars look fast. ; )

hooker and magnaflow are probably my favorites for catbacks

duals sounds good but get old if they're on anything you drive more than just at the track.

I bought the Borla system and I like it. Never had another one to compare it too however.

Duals over the axle like they should have come with from the factory.

I had hooker LTs, 2.5" x pipe, bullets dumped-loved the sound but hated the drone
then hooker LTs, 2.5" x pipe, over the axle on the passengers side, dual in/dual out magnaflow muffler, and 2OTL style tips-great for cruising and mean at WOT, but raspy when down shifting and in between shifts

Now the new setup will be stainless headers, 3" flowmaster D merge x pipe, mac mufflers, and hidden 3" tail pipes. I'm cutting out my rear seat pans and mounting the mufflers there. I'm also moving the fuel and brake lines so their not too close to the pipes and it will be one tail pipe on each side.

I hope my new setup will sound like I want it to, otherwise its back to the drawing board

I don't understand the point of buying a borla to run open plate all the time

that's like a $900 cutout

I had my borla with a dmh cutout. Muffled to open with a push of a button. Closed it sounds awesome, open it sounds awesome. Not trying to hijack the thread but I am putting a turbo on my car and all my exhaust is for sale. Pm me or look in the for sale forum.

Well I would say hooker cb is pretty good except two aerochamber mufflers has gone to ****. My vote would be magnaflow, gmmg, or true duals.
