Default Fuel System suggestion for LT1 in '70 Skylark

Picked up a '95 LT1 the other weekend that will be going in my '70 Buick Skylark. Curious as to what the best fuel system options are. Engine has factory aluminum heads with a Lloyd Elliot cam (comparable to the Hot Cam in specs), BBK TB, Aeromotive FPR and tuned accordingly. Would like to do a head & cam upgrade eventually and/or a supercharger so looking for a system that'll support 4-425 RWHP. My tank has a rear sump so I'll need an inline pump. Was looking at the Walbro GSL392 pump w/ 100 micron Trickflow filter prior to pump & 10 micron after the pump and -6an line to the engine. Was planning on using the factory 5/16 line as my return connected to the factory sending unit in the tank. Also, the 40 micorn filter is $50 less than the 100, and disadvantage to running the 40 vs. the 100? Thoughts or suggestions appreciated!
