I've just ate my 3rd throwout bearing on my 94 z28 (the round ones, not the LT4 square ones)

I found a centerforce throwout bearing part number n1716 that says it works with the 94 z28's, anybody know for sure if it fits?

Also, theres about 3 different pictures of that same part number, so I'm a little confused as to what it actually looks like as well
