going to be installing an off the shelf cam (cc503). i have a stock opti (or just a gm replacement done at some point) with no means to adjust timing like an msd. i am trying to figure out if its worth the hassle to degree in my cam or just install it straight up. my question would be, is the ignition timing from the opti indexed to the crankshaft or camshaft?
