I worked for chrylser fr over 10yrs and i will say the 6.2l is a beast. it should out run any stock mild bolt on lt1 easy. My old mildly built lt1 with headers full exhaust gears stall and roller rockers got beat everytime on and off the track. With a good driver they will run very good. I did lots of 6.1l hemi superchargers and those things haul *** with and without them. But weigh to much and are ugly *** hell. ill stick with my sick *** lt1.

The srt line has A LOT of potential.. But, the weight along with the price tag is the crappy part..
I give it some time before the prices come down and people are making those into beasts man.
my old roommate had 2 Ram SRT-10'S... it rolled like a freight train once it got moving.. I could only imagine it with some work...

I have not driven a challenger yet but, did sit in one and they are roomy. From the magazine specs I've read they are heavy but not that much more than the new camaros from what I remember.
In my travels, I never seem to notice any dodges wanting to play or even rev or show off even a little. Is it just a different genre of people that buy those cars or what? I mean, Mustangs, camaros, firebirds, hondas, even bikes will rev or at least wave when I'm out in the camaro but, dont ever seem to get any interest form the chargers or challengers. Are they too new/expensive yet for the right kinda person? haha..
