damn it, well i ordered the 1 le from gmpartsdirect its a decent price on there like 60 instead of 90. Thanks for the help merv.

You will see that it'll fit better, and the stock belt will work..

I know I know old thread heaven forbid someone uses the search function instead of starting a new thread to clutter **** up lol

Anyways, if I remove the ac unit and I don't get an ac delete pulley what will that mess up?

Forgot to mention its ls1 TA I know this is lt section but this was the most relevant search results I could find

You have to run the pulley or the compressor. As for the firewall fittings I just went to the junkyard and found two off a totaled car with a messed up a/c system and used them as plugs.

You don't "need" the pulley per se, but your serpentine belt will be much too long without that pulley there.

Do you know if the A/C has its own belt like some LS accessory systems do?
