Yes I run them or I would not have posted. This is the 2nd motor they have been on.

They look fine to me. When I got them, I cleaned them with brake cleaner, blew them out with air, dumped them in the sonic cleaner for 6 hours. After that cleaned them with brake clean again, blew them dry and tossed them in a bucket of oil. Let them soak for a week and tossed them on the car.

I'll try and remember to get a few pictures next week when I do my VC swap.

I say dont buy em, because they arnt even smart enough to market a product the correct way.
not uncommon to see a sbc in an import... especially drift cars.

good to hear some people are actually running these. i think when the money comes around i'll order them. is it necessary to clean them that well? i ask from lack of experience..... i thought rockers were good to go out of the package?

No you dont need to go to that extent to clean them. Spray them with brake clean, let them dry, dip in oil and install.

I am running a set of these rockers. They are comp knock offs, but are suprisingly well made. Now granted I have the stock cam and lt4 springs, but hey they work great. Haven't had to readjust them either. Poly locks work well. For the price you can't beat them. I would not run them with a aggresive high lift cam, but maybe later this year will be going to a cc305, and I will continue to use them. They are alittle noisy, but no worse than any other roller rocker out there.

so the BMW X3(builts in NC).. and the toyota Tundra are not pieces of ****? both foreign cars.. and the toyota tundra is the only Japanese car that is 100% built in the USA..every nut and bolt, sourced in US... and 100% assembled by US workers..
not even GM or Ford can say that...

there was an article about this in Jalopolink or something.. kinda funny

back on topic..
