What several of us have been trying to say is LT4 heads/intake and a Comp 306 are NOT part of the recipe to hit your goal.
Neither is a 52mm TB.
30lbs injectors are going to be too small.
Far as ignition you would be surprised just how far STOCK will take you
The bench racers will tell you LT4s are wonderful but for every LT4 headed car you find running well you can find a car with ported LT1 heads running as well or better when you compare setups.
I know I am pretty critical of what you have so far but let's be honest if I can make my over 2 ton whale run what it does without going stroker I might have a clue. I run the same heads as RamAir95TA but less displacement and I assume a little less cam to better fit my little engine.
For your goal I think his would be a very good example to copy. Certainly is not approaching 600fwhp but is making enough to make you happy and being hydraulic cam will be budget friendly for the result and easy to maintain.
