Default Balancer question

Ok guys here is my question. I had a motor built about a year ago and I didn't upgrade to an ATI like I wanted to. Well long story short I plan on ordering an new ati balencer but the old balencer looks like it has ben balanced before by the machinist. I was pretty sure that all lt1s were internally balanced but looking at the balencer that is currently on there it looks like it has been balenced.

A stock LT1 is externally balanced at the rear (flywheel/flexplate)
The balancer (front) should be neutral.

Since you had this custom built, it may have been internally balanced.
Check with your builder (or build sheet).

I run a neutral flexplate for that reason.
