BBK throttle body
I have it set it to idle around 800rpm (m6) with TPS volts at 0.66v and IAC counts at 22 with the throttle stop backed completely off.
The car has almost every bolt-on but stock heads/cam.
Every where I have read suggests that the IAC counts should be nearer 30 but with the throttle stop backed off and the TPS set virtually spot-on there is nothing else I can do to adjust it?
Is 22 ok or should I be looking to achieve closer to 30?
Car is 97 T/A.
Long as it drives OK though I would not be too worried.
This is one of the reasons why for 52mm a rebored stock TB is often easier to deal with, for the price though I would be making the BBK work.
I will have to check for oversized IAC bypass, and maybe try and tweak for the TPS for that extra .01v.
But I guess only driving it will tell and the winter lay-up ends this weekend so perhaps I'll just go for a drive and see how it goes. Got to get some miles on it to break in the clutch!
