Default Realistic gains

Well keeping the motor as is because of time restraints

Car ran out at 92 mph in the 1/8th with H/C/I hooker headers CAI. And all the bolt ons on a "mild" tune through a TH400 with 3600 converter with 3.42s

I have stepped headers and the LS1 lid going to be Vig or yank 4000 and 3.73s and a retune. Want to know realistic gains.

I dont know how big a MPH is in 1/8th mile compared to 1/4th mile so i have to go on gain in the 1/8th

I forget what your mods are, and you don't have a sig listed, so give us the COMPLETE run-down on what you had done, those ETs, and what you've added since.

you usually pick up 24-26mph on the back half. but that is like a .1 for every hundred pounds theory. depending on how much the intake and exhaust were holding you back you might see 1-2mph in 1/4. what are you basing your stall selection off of?

The square root of how many threads you make before the car runs, multiplied by the rear ends you break, will be how fast you go.
