Exclamation Pulled Headers Off... **PIXXX*

Hola Fbuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuds!!!!


Been SLOWLY getting back into the game and this is where I'm at:

Pulled off the Headers to have a looksee and as you can see each valve looks a little different.

Let me know what you guru's think from experience and would recommend for next action to take.

Also if you could explain cause and effect on Cylinder 6 and 4 I'll be greatly appreciated. Cylinder 7 and 8 look like a cause for concern. Thoughts?

Motor is just your basic 355 H/C combo. Did a rebuild about 20k miles ago. Runs like a champ except for a KR spasm every now and again. I just let it sit for a spell and decided to pull it and have some fun.

To me it's possibly a few bad valve seals. What does the plugs look like?

Looks like a lot of carbon build up. I agree with riceburner. Need to know what the plugs look like.

How old are your Fuel Injectors? OPTI? Wires?

You are getting a normal burn in some of them, and hot in others.. either the whole car is lean and it's hitting good in some and shitty in others cause you a Wire problem..or everything is good and some of the Injectors are crap.

Thats where I'd be lookin..

i agree with whats been said. check the physical layer first. and with the easiest. plugs/wires. then valve seals.
