are the ls1 and lt1 knock sensors interchangable?

i didnt realize that there was a difference, am i correct in assuming i can use my brand new 94 knock sensor in a 97 block utilizing my 94 obd1 ecu and harness?

 

YES, thats what I did when I converted to obd 1 in my 97. And yes the resistance is different from 94/95 to 96/97. Thats it though they are the same size and location. But I am not sure if there is a difference in 96/97 to early LS1 cars.
