I can pull the computer and I have the tune saved in a file. The only cable I have is the jet cable with the metal box attached to it. Speed, are you on AFB if so what is your screenname? Josh, if you pm me your e mail I can send you the tune file, it would be great if you can catch something that they missed!

I love how every one that does not read the entire story always blame the same thing. When did a converter start making a car missfire, backfire or break up through out the power band?
Is the stall small for that cam.... YES
I guess his rear end gears being to small for whats recommended for that cam is causing a miss as well???? lmfao UM no....
Im going to start with the simple things first, Car needs to be data logged so you know whats going on and when its happening. If its still missing i would pull all the plugs. they might tell you something (lean/rich)? Also look for cracks in both plugs/wires. Dont always assume its the OPTI. Could be a weak coil.Do good diag and dont rush through it and get frustrated. look at all the wires and feel them for imperfections. One way that works great for me is to have the car in D and put the car under a load to about 2000-2500rpm for a few seconds or longer and if its missing you should feel it.

so by that logic you can't WOT that cam in a manual car if its under 3000rpm? sorry but you are wrong. it will wake the car up a bunch by using the correct converter but its not going to bog and pop because it doesn't have a large enough stall. its an ignition or tune issue end of story. i can bet that 99% of the cars on this site don't have the correct stall for their setup.

99% lol ok, more like 50% probly dont, most people that build cars do it backwards, or plan on adding this or that part later and suffer from it untill they do, but this is most lily a tune issue, mail order is the worst way to tune a car. just because it worked on one car does not make it perfect for EVERY car.

I am hoping it is a tuning issue! It feels like the car is dumping fuel from a stop then about 2800 rpm it pulls like a raped ape all the way to 6500 with no issues. I did a small log with autotap and noticed my LTFT was 25% on bank 1 and 16 % on bank 2 at idle but as soon as i hit the throttle they went down to 0% I know that 25 is really rich but not sure what it really means? my 02 sensors are pretty new (5,000 miles or so on them) there is no ses light as well.

This thread is a perfect example as to how parts get a bad reputation. The cam has absolutely nothing to do with what the OP is experiencing, however on the same note, the op should consider complementing the power band with different stall, gears and tire before it will run what it's supposed to.

I got a quick fix for the wot under 2800 rpms. Stop doing it. Regardless of the tune or ANY problem... If you are running under 2800 rpms with that cam you are doing it wrong. Who cares how it's running in that situation, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.
Guys, I keep blowing stock bottom ends when I rev it to 10,000 rpms. How do I fix this?! I can't keep doing this! Please help!

And I deleted that last post because I thought it came off as too rude and I didn't want to come off like that! I'm glad you took it well tho

I bet it's your throttle position sensor.
