Vacume sealed gasket BS!!! How bad is this?

I had the fel pro perma seal head gaskets for about 100 miles (ring sealing problem), then the Impalla gaskets for about 3 miles (drivers side gasket blew out), now back on the perma seal headgaskets (3500 miles) and haven't had any problems, knock on wood.

Sucks that everything is going wrong, hopefully it will get better soon

If compression is that much of a concern then you may want to shave the heads a little, but then again you not even going to loose one point with the fel pro.

I'm glad you decided to go with the fel pros you will be much more happy with a good product. I also suggested the Copper seal, this will help greatly for the gasket to seal up properly and hopefully prevent any future issues for many years to come. Most gaskets give due to over heating or improper installation.
