I just installed a set of 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 with 3 inch collectors. The race version with absolutely no clearance issues. Both went in from the bottom with little effort. Didnt even take out the coolant temp sensor. Maybe they have modified their design?

I've been on the fence about these ebay headers since they first showed up. Hell, OBX used to be cheap as hell but now that they have decent fitment, their price went up quite a bit. I have heard some horror stories about SpeedDaddy headers but it also looks like the guys with a little engineering know-how seemed to get around the fitment issues fairly easy. I do recommend doing the whole kit though, get the headers and matching ypipe. From what i hear, you have to butcher some of the high-end ypipes to get them to fit. Is there a write up on these SpeedDaddy headers? If not, we sure as hell need one. I think that would really help guys like me decide if the extra work is worth the freakin ridiculous price of some high end brands. Ill be honest, I dont make enough power to justify spending that much extra on a "good" set.

My speed daddy headers will be here on Thursday. I have a UMI K member, poly motor mounts, and LS1 steering shaft though.
I'll let you guys know how they fit, but I won't be using the y pipe
