ltcc question do you still have to have a good opti for this to work? i just developed a high rpm miss for some reason and have been considering just swapping but if i have to use a good opti i donno if its even worth the trouble

The car cranks and runs, actually drives. It's just high rpm it doesn't like all of a sudden. All I did was clean the maf and change from tr6's gapped@35 to tr55gp's gapped@50 n now it won't rev all the way to the shift point
Switch the old plugs back in and install a dirty MAF. 
No seriously...if it was running fine go back to the way you had it. Throw on another OEM MAF from a friend or something, switch the plugs out, and see if the problem goes away.
Also, if the plugs/MAF are the problem, there's no reason why the LTCC would fix it. You need to START with a properly running engine for the LTCC to work properly.

Well I guess I found one of my problems. My Dang coil is arcing off of its own bracket. My last msd was doin it so I bought another one now its doin it. I guess Imma just go back to stock cause this is the 3rd msd I've had go bad
