^^^ Looks like that interior could use some cleaning, most of the plastic panels appear to be in decent shape, I would probably try to sand them lightly, maybe with a scotchbright pad before painting to take out some of the scratches and scuffs. If I were you I would probably try to pick up a new carpet, that would make a huge difference when your done. My carpet is in good shape, I just want it black. I already used black RIT fabric dye on the back floormats and the carpeted trunk/flip piece to test it and it came out really nice. Im going to take out the carpet this summer, pressure wash it then dye it black. The only thing I haven't decided on is my seats. I dont want to try dying them or using the fabric spray, I dont think it would look right. Looking into new seat covers or aftermarket seats, probably a two tone pattern.

Damn too bad you don't live close to AZ. I have chrome 16" Pontiac wheels and all the interior plastics in graphite. Good luck with the project. You know what they say: Once you go black...

I would also look at SEM, Landau black is close to ebony. You could do a tan ebony two tone like some of the later 00+ cars had that looks really great

Definitely needs a cleaning, the guy who had it before me lived in the boonies down a dirt road. I just haven't found all of the time to do a deep clean yet. Also, I need to replace all my carpet, its ripped to crap, I feel so bad for my car. Mistreated and abused. I'd like some nice seats, and I definitely want to put a pattern on some seats, if I cant find leather, thats my first choice.

And madhatter, I wish I did too then I would definitely grab those up from you. But I mean rims can be shipped! XD It would just break me right at this very second. I just find it weird having a Bird, with Camaro rims, its just odd to me. Lol.

^^^ You can pick up a set of the pontiac 5 spoke wheels used these days for $100 or so, plus shipping. I picked up a set of 4 Camaro 5 stars in good condition, with 4 tires & decent tread left from a guy locally all for $100. I had sold my original set years ago and wanted a set for drag radials. Check the f/s section in your area, people are always selling stock 4th gen wheels cheap around here.

Well, Ive come to find a few people that were willing to help me in my interior swap progress. But what with the new rule of not being able to use the PM feature until you have 50 posts or more, I cant reply to said people. So I haven't been able to get any parts.

Im sorry to all that I have had prior engagements with! I'm not ignoring you!

Anyway.
The one thing I did manage to do is Dye my visors, dark grey. Since they were tan to begin with, I used rit dye, did NOT use hot water, and did NOT use salt, and thus they turned grey, just as I had planned.

My next step is to dye my headliner. Hopefully it won't sag once I do this.

And StockTA,
I may need them. I have a guy that Im going to be getting a few panels from. But I know I'll still need sail panels, and I believe kick panels. But Ill email you with further details.
