EWP failure warning thru the tune...
But I was told that I should just wire in the light because it's easier after I had already said i already changed my tune... Twice.
I think having BOTH would be a good idea. And having a pump that never fails is ideal! Too bad planned obsolescence is the only way to design parts anymore.
Have the Main Bolts & Rod Bolts made in a Fuseable Link style.. that way if it over-heats it just drops the Crank out the bottom of it and saves the Engine..
No worries..
Watch your temp gauge....
Hell, you can probably change when the check gauges light comes on in relation to coolant temp, that should take 10 seconds and you get a light!!

I also don't go on the highway often let alone in my car.
And like I said, the light and the tune make a pretty good combo.
If I knew how to change the check engine light come on for overheating I would do that too. As far as the lt1 PCM goes our ability for tuning like that is nonexistent at least as far as what I've seen.
