Really really in need of help. I am having a really bad time with my car. The problem is I cannot get the car down the track, the car will take off then it will not shift. I have tried letting it do it it shifts which is at about 3K, and if I manualy do it the motor hits the limiter ( will not shift right when you bump it)and then it will catch back up and makes for really bad times.I had a guy say that it was blowing though the stall so I put a 2800 back in it and the same thing happened. I have tried everything I can think of and no answer. There is no one around where I live ( panhandle of Flordia) that really knows anything about LT cars.I have a 383 LE 2 set-up, PCM 4 Less tune and a Moiser 3:73 rear end, a vig 3800 stall, along with all the stuff you need to make it work. I know this is long but I have a ton of money in a car that does not even run a 8:0 in the 1/8. Please some help here. I know the info is crazy so if you can help and need more please ask.. Thanks for you input.
When did this issue start? Is the tranny stock? If your in a gear and floor, It just bounces off the limiter during WOT? even when in D and Manually? how long since the tranny had been worked on. Need more info before i can even start to think what the issue COULD be

It started as soon has we put it back together.We just finished it the transmission just has a kit and up graded bands. It will shift without hitting the limiter in D but it will shift at around 3k no matter how hard you floor it. If you bring it up on the stall it will launch but will not shift when you bump up the Hammer shifter and will hit the limiter.

Yes all the info for the car was sent to PCM 4 Less. The LE set up ,the stall, the gears, the tire size, the injector size, the throttle body size, CAI, think that is everything. The car is in Crestview and it is being run at Holt.
